International Agreements
Luxurideas Real Estate network has entered into commercial agreements with international operators, with Mr. Yueming, one leading representative operating in the Beijing area, and with the company GeoDwell LLC , which focusses on the promotion of Italian properties on the main promotion channels in North America. We also have the possibility to convey the properties for sale through international market and luxury market platforms.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE
Characteristics that properties must have to access our service:
- Properties must be suitable for a medium-high, high or exclusive international clientele (in terms of size, location, finishes, income, etc.);
- The property must be fully documented to allow for a quick sale;
- The sale mandate must be given for a period of at least 12 months;
- The property must provide professional photographic material using suppliers that have an agreement with Luxurideas or suppliers of its trust;
- If the property is in a state requiring renovation, the owner must provide a redevelopment project with a breakdown of costs and high-resolution photographic renderings for promotion. For these services, the property may use Luxurideas contracted suppliers or suppliers of its choice who provide an adequate standard of quality.
TYPE OF CLIENT and PROPERTY REQUIRED
The client we are addressing is a client who, by purchasing from a distance, has no way of following any renovation work, so he will generally favour properties that have already been refurbished and are in any case suitable for immediate occupancy.
The ready-to-use service will serve to provide opportunities even for properties requiring refurbishment works.
The reference areas are large surfaces from approximately 180 sqm and above. Smaller formats will only be considered in exclusive locations.
